The Weekly Bad Picture Of Good Food: Spinach Linguini With Shrimp, Artichoke Hearts & Sun-Dried Tomatoes From Our House

As 2010 comes to a close, there are millions of resolutions made around the world. Eat better, drink less, swear less, exercise more and be a better person are all promises usually broken by the time Phil gets molested by the guy in the funny hat. 2011 is bringing in a major addition to the Tasting Las Vegas family that involves one of these resolutions; to cook more.  As The Next Phase of Tasting Las Vegas comes upon us, I’ll be cooking with the chefs, I’ll be cooking on my own and the goal is for all of us to be cooking together.  The good thing about cooking is that the pictures should be better (by TLV standards).  However, if a guy wants decent pictures, he should probably know where he put the god damn camera charger, thus making my Spinach Linguini with Shrimp, Artichoke Hearts and Sun-Dried Tomatoes this week’s Weekly Bad Picture Of Good Food.
