The Weekly Bad Picture Of Good Food: Gnocchi All'Aragosta From Fiamma

As I sit in my chair I often ponder some of the world’s mysteries.  Who shot J.F.K?  How was the universe created? How does Kim Kardashian fit all that ass into them jeans?  Yesterday, found out the answer to another great mystery: What would happen if you put 30 food bloggers in the same room during a tasting?  As part of the 2010 Blogworld and New Media Expo that began yesterday, a tasting of a few of the MGM Grand’s restaurants was orchestrated by the lovely Babette Pepaj of fame and the fine folks at the MGM.  Yellowtail at Shibuya was photographed more than Kardashian-tail, Shortribs at Tom Colicchio’s Craftsteak were Tweeted about more than Short Biebers and Cable Cars at Nobhill Tavern made all the wandering sheep on Farmville drunk on Facebook.  What was good for me is that I got to see how the real people do it.  They use real flashes with real cameras.  I don’t.  And this is why the Lobster, Crimini Mushrooms, Leeks, Butter, Cream, Parmesan and White Truffle of the extraordinary Gnocchi All’Aragosta from Fiamma at the MGM Grand is this week’s Weekly Bad Picture of Good Food.
