The Weekly Bad Picture of Good Food: Sunomono from Miko's Izakaya Sushi & Tapanese

More fresh than a flock of panties flying through the summer breeze (yes, you need to click on that link), this delightfully bright and crisp bowl of cucumber, daikon, seaweed and harusame (noodles made from either potato, rice or mung bean starch) in a sweet vinegar sauce was the perfect refreshment on a hot Vegas afternoon.  Unfortunately, the iPhone must have been busy rocking out to Ai Otsuka (yes, you need to click on that one, too) rather than focusing on the subject at hand, thus making the Sunomono from Miko’s Izakaya Sushi & Tapanese this week’s Weekly Bad Picture of Good Food.
