Crawling Your Way Through National Margarita Day in Las Vegas

Right up there with Thanksgiving and Veteran’s Day, National Margarita Day on February 22nd is one of the more celebrated holidays we have in this great land of ours.  Ok, it might not have hit Thanksgiving’s celebrity status yet, but if there was every a holiday to give Turkey Day a run for its money…why not National Margarita Day?

Tasting Las Vegas is here to help you map out your crawl for Monday’s limey, tequila-ey, salty celebration.  Here are a few specials we have gotten wind of. If there are any late additions, we’ll update this post and let you know.  Of course, drink responsibly. If you happen to not drink responsibly, just make sure you don’t drive, call your boss or text your ex!  Happy Margarita Day everyone!

Las Vegas National Margarita Day Celebrations on February 22nd:

Hussong’s Cantina and Taqueria at Mandalay Place in the Mandalay Bay resort is offering ladies a FREE Original Margarita.  By the way, Hussong’s claims to be the birthplace of the Margarita, where they say it was first conceived in their original Ensenada, Mexico location back in 1941.

T&T Tacos and Tequila at the Luxor is offering 2 for 1 Casaritas all day long!  The Casarita is T&T’s House Margarita made with Hornitos Añejo Tequila, organic agave nectar, Grand Marnier and housemade Margarita mix.

For a high society Margarita, head on over to the Palms at N9ne Steakhouse where they are offering the “Ultimate Margarita.” N9ne’s “Ultimate Margarita” is consists of; Herradura Seleccion Suprema Tequila, Grand Marnier 150 Anniversary Edition, Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal, pomegranate juice and fresh lime juice.  The “Ultimate Margarita” costs $69.
